It's a good wig, the only problem I have is it wasn't true to length, I got 28 inches, it's more like 24 inches, but overall the wig is great.
It's true to length, soft and has minimal shedding.
Great wig soft and true to length... definitely requires some customization in.. knots are very thick so definitely a struggle to bleach knots but an overall great day-to-day unit.
The hair is soft, has no smell, and bleached very well with little shedding. Took the curls very well and held. Definitely a good affordable wig unit.
This wig is most definitely worth the price. It’s soft and doesn’t shed much. it also last a long time I was able to reinstall it with no problem.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Easy: e-mail us at service@allnicewigs.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you have the qualify for a refund. All items must be returned in its original, factory condition, (unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached with the original packaging) as we do not sell refurbished or previously owned products. Please make sure the wig is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut.
Note: we highly recommend to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
We will provide a refund period on unopened hair within (30) days of the date that you receive your hair.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING OF MY RETURN?If the returning is due to our problems (Such as: Quality problem of products) or defective products (this happens when the products is incorrect, damaged by carrier or defective in another way), we will accept to return and get the full refund, maybe you need to pay for shipping fee first kindly (USPS shipping way is better), we will refund you order amount and shipping fee, after we receive the returning hair.For customer remorse: If the returning is due to buyer’s problems (Such as: Don’t like/want, Order wrong product/size ), All items must be returned in its original, you must contact us for returning within 15 days of receiving, pay for returning shipping fee by yourself. Then we will refund you order amount after we receive the returning hair.MAY I RETURN MY HAIR ONCOMWITHOUT CONTACT Seller?
No.You must contact online seller prior to sending your return, as the return address may be different from the address your order was originally shipped from. Please note that refunds for merchandise returned without contacting us cannot be guaranteed.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
A full refund will be provided to the original method of payment after we have received, inspected and confirmed. All customers must contact us after sending the package back and provide us with the tracking information in order for us to process the refund. Please allow a few business days for your financial institution to reflect the refund on your statement prior to contacting us.

Cancellation & Exchange:
We can accept to change or cancel the order freely before your order is shipped out.After the order is shipped out, You need to be charged at least $20 handling fee to exchange it or cancel the order. If you can accept handling fee, contact with seller online to help you.
